David Flynn
Product leader and founder-operator. I own products end-to-end across multiple client engagements and my own builds — using AI agents as core infrastructure to ship at team-level output.
Selected work across products, clients, and systems
A mix of client platforms, internal tooling, and founder-led product bets.
Automatic
AI Product Studio
The company I founded to build AI systems, internal tooling, and productized automation for real operating teams.
ViewHomeOps
AI for Home Services
AI agent platform for home service businesses. Per-client isolated agents with persistent memory and a GitOps-deployed skill ecosystem. Covers lead response, quoting, scheduling, and back-office automation — designed to replace headcount, not add software.
ViewNextUp

ViewGameplan

Radon1
Radon Monitoring Dashboard
Two-agent system (Business Agent + Field Agent) for a home services company. Integrates HouseCall Pro, CallRail, and AARST industry standards. Real-time monitoring dashboard, automated daily reports, and AI-driven alerting that replaced manual scheduling, reporting, and field communication.
How I operate
Ship fast, iterate faster
I prefer a real system in motion over a polished deck explaining why nothing has shipped yet.
Stay close to execution
I like strategy, but I trust strategy more when it survives implementation details, weird edge cases, and actual users.
Use AI as leverage, not theater
Most AI demos die the moment they hit production. I care about the stuff that keeps working after the novelty wears off.
Build systems people can live with
The goal isn’t more software. The goal is clearer workflows, better decisions, and less operational drag.
