Managed AI Agents for Business

Stop running your business manually.

I deploy AI agents that handle the work your team dreads — lead intake, client comms, reporting, scheduling, follow-up. Deployed in weeks. Running 24/7. Managed by me.

02 — How It Works

How it works

Discovery Call

30-minute call to understand your use cases, current tools, and what you need agents to do.

Scoped Proposal

A clear scope document with exactly what gets built, what it costs, and when it ships.

Build + Deploy

1-2 weeks depending on scope. You see progress throughout, not just a final handoff.

Manage + Iterate

Your agents go live. We monitor, update, and ship new capabilities monthly. You focus on your business.

03 — The Problem

You've tried AI. It didn't stick.

You've messed around with ChatGPT. Maybe paid someone to build a chatbot nobody uses. Your competitors are posting about AI on LinkedIn but you're pretty sure they're faking it too.

Here's what nobody tells you: the gap between “AI is cool” and “AI is running my operations” is enormous. It's not a knowledge gap — it's an infrastructure gap. You don't need another tool to log into. You need systems that run on their own.

That's what managed agents are. Not chatbots. Not demos. Autonomous systems wired into your actual business, handling real work, every day.

05 — What You Get

Production infrastructure, not a demo

Secure DeploymentYour own VPS or cloud instance, locked down with proper network rules, SSH hardening, and encrypted secrets.
Chat IntegrationsSlack, Teams, WhatsApp, or Discord. Your agents meet your team where they already work.
Custom SkillsPurpose-built agent capabilities tailored to your specific workflows and business logic.
Hardened ConfigsTool permission scoping, command sandboxing, rate limiting, and API key rotation policies.
Monitoring + AlertingKnow when agents fail, slow down, or behave unexpectedly. Real-time dashboards and Slack/email alerts.
Documentation + TrainingRunbooks for your team, architecture diagrams, and a live handover session so you're never dependent on me.
06 — How I Operate

How I operate

Ship fast, iterate faster

First working system in weeks, not months. You'll have something live before you have time to wonder if this was a good idea.

No black boxes

You'll know what I built, why I built it that way, and how to hand it off if we part ways. Nothing held hostage. Ever.

Fire me anytime

No long contracts. If the ROI isn't obvious, we shake hands. I'd rather earn the next month than lock you into it.

Builder, not advisor

I don't hand you a PDF and wish you luck. I build the thing, put it in production, and make sure it actually works in your day-to-day.

07 — Fit Check

Is this a fit?

We'll work well together if:

  • You have a real business with real revenue
  • Your team is losing hours to work that shouldn't require a human
  • You want systems that run autonomously, not tools you log into
  • You'd rather have something live next month than a plan for next year

Probably not a fit if:

  • ×You want a chatbot widget for your website
  • ×You're looking for the cheapest option available
  • ×You need a six-month discovery phase before anything goes live
  • ×You want to manage the AI yourself (check out our free guides instead)
08 — The Operator

David Flynn

I've been writing software for about ten years. Data pipelines, integrations, the kind of backend work that's impossible to explain at a dinner party.

These days it's all AI. Not the “let's explore possibilities” kind — the kind where a business needs something built and running by next week.

I have my own products (HomeOps, Fatherly, zipIQ). I build them on the same stack I'd use for your stuff. That's not an accident. Staying in the weeds on my own projects means I'm not figuring things out on your time.

Based in Nashville. I tend to work like a co-founder — I'll tell you when I think you're wrong, I'll move fast, and I'll always rather have something live than something in a slide deck.

I run my own AI agent — Atlas — on the same stack I deploy for clients. It handles my email, manages client projects, reviews code, drafts content, and monitors operations. Daily. Not a weekend demo; a real system running real business ops. When I say managed agents work, I'm not theorizing — I'm living it.

What People Say

09 — FAQ

Common questions

What kind of agents do you build?+

We're framework-agnostic. OpenClaw, Claude Code, custom MCP servers, multi-agent orchestration — whatever fits the use case. The framework is an implementation detail. What matters is that your agents are secure, integrated with your real systems, and reliable enough to run operations.

Why not just set it up ourselves?+

You absolutely can — we publish free setup guides at /agents/guides to help you get started. Those get you a working deployment. This service gets you a production deployment: secured, integrated with your tools, monitored, documented, and ready for your team. The gap between 'it works on my laptop' and 'it runs our operations' is where most teams stall.

What integrations do you support?+

Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Discord for chat. Email (Gmail, Outlook), calendars, CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools, databases, and custom APIs via MCP servers. If it has an API, we can connect it.

How long does setup take?+

The setup fee covers an initial 1-2 week build period where we deploy your agents, configure integrations, and validate everything works. Monthly billing begins after setup is complete. Starter tier is typically ready in under a week. Growth and Enterprise take 1-2 weeks depending on integration complexity.

What about ongoing updates?+

Updates, monitoring, and iteration are included in your monthly plan. AI frameworks move fast — models change, integrations evolve, and new capabilities emerge. Your subscription covers all of that. We ship new skills, update dependencies, and keep your agents running without you having to think about it.

Can this replace my current AI tools?+

In many cases, yes. If you're paying for multiple AI SaaS tools that each do one thing, a properly deployed agent can consolidate those into a single, self-hosted system you control. We'll assess this during the discovery call.

What if I'm not sure what I need yet?+

Start with an AI Roadmap Sprint ($500, 48-hour turnaround) or an AI Audit ($2,500, 14-day deep dive). Both give you a prioritized list of opportunities. Most clients move into managed agents after their diagnostic.
